Corrections and updates
The Westmorland and Furness Way is still being developed ahead of its official Autumn 2026 opening, so paths, waymarking, transport and facilities can change. If you find anything on the site that is out of date or inaccurate, please email us with the page and the detail and we'll review and correct it. Accurate, up‑to‑date guidance matters to us.
What we can't help with
We are an independent guide and not the route's official body. For official waymarking, land access, or trail‑management matters, please contact Westmorland and Furness Council directly. Always check current conditions and official sources before setting off.
